Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Each order is carefully prepared and shipped from our studio in New York City. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details. 

Each bag is handmade in Kenya and stocked in limited quantities. Once your order is placed, we ship it with care from our stock, including quality checks, packaging, and documentation.

Shipping Options (USA)

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

  • Free Shipping on orders over $TBD

  • Shipping rates for orders below this amount are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

We are able to ship to APO, DPO, or FPO addresses, please contact us if assistance is required. We currently do not support shipping to PO Boxes. Once an order has been released to the carrier, it cannot be modified or rerouted.

Please note that once your order has been entrusted to the carrier, responsibility transfers accordingly. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location to ensure safe receipt of your purchase.

International Shipping

  • We currently are only able to ship within the United States. 

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Customers receive an email once the package is on its way.

Returns and Exchange Policy

As a small business, we cannot accept returns, but we would like for you to be happy with your purchase, so if you don't love an item please email us to start the exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to the availability of stocked items. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs and for the safety of the product for their exchanges back to Veriko. Once your order is received and inspected, we will begin the process of exchanging your items. The customer will have to pay additional shipping to receive your exchange.

Final sale items are not eligible for exchange. 

If your order arrives damaged, notify us immediately so we can replace the item.  We will only be able to replace any damaged items if notified within 48 hours of delivery.

Handmade Variation Disclaimer

Each Veriko bag is handmade by artisans in Kenya. Slight variations in stitching, beadwork, or texture are natural and part of the bag’s story, and are not viewed as defects. If you have any concerns, please e-mail veriko@veriko.co
